Shipping
We offer trackable shipping worldwide. Each package is estimated to arrive within 7 to 20 business days after shipment. While delivery times are often shorter, customs procedures are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any delays that may occur. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Approximate Shipping Times for Secured Shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays):

  • USA Orders: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after shipping. Orders are primarily delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, sometimes faster.

Order Processing Times
Order processing time must be added to the shipping time to estimate the total delivery period. Processing takes 1 to 5 business days, during which we:

  • Perform quality assurance checks
  • Pack your items
  • Print shipping labels
  • Forward your package to the shipping carrier

Important Notes

  • All estimated shipping times are based on normal conditions. During peak periods such as November and December, international shipping volumes may be high, leading to delays.
  • Customs clearance times vary by country, which may also impact delivery speed.
  • We cannot control shipping times or unexpected delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Delivery Requests

  • We do not handle delivery services and cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests.
  • The exact day and time of delivery cannot be determined in advance.

Buyer Protection Guarantee
We guarantee that your product will arrive within 60 days (8 weeks). If it does not, you will receive a full refund.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds while a product is in transit. Once an item has shipped, it is already on its way to you.
  • If you need an item by a specific date, please do not place an order, as shipping times are beyond our control.

Force Majeure Clause
If a delay occurs due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays), we cannot provide refunds. Please allow a reasonable delivery period under such circumstances.

Undeliverable Orders
We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Unclaimed at the local post office
  • Undeliverable due to incorrect name, address, or phone number provided at checkout

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30–50% of the item’s total value (excluding discounts). Please double-check your address when placing an order.

Refund Eligibility:
To receive a refund or store credit, you must provide the correct delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships and we receive a tracking number, we will send you an email with tracking details.

  • If six business days pass and you have not received your tracking information, please email support@italianbrainrotmerch.com with your order number and shipping address, and we will assist you.
  • In rare cases where tracking is unavailable for international orders, we guarantee 100% delivery to all destinations. If your order is missing, we will reship it to you free of charge.

Handling Multiple Items in One Order
To minimize costs, we source products from multiple locations worldwide. As a result, items in the same order may ship separately, at no extra shipping cost to you.

  • You may receive multiple packages on different days.
  • If some items arrive before others, do not worry—the rest are on the way.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • italianbrainrotmerch.com is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations.

If Your Order Arrives in Your Country and:

  • You refuse to accept the package, or
  • Multiple delivery attempts fail,

We reserve the right to abandon the package, and no refund will be issued.

Returned to Sender Orders
Customers are responsible for monitoring their orders while in transit. Important shipping updates are often added to tracking information. If an order is marked “Returned to Sender”, this may be due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package.

To avoid issues:

  • Check the estimated shipping times before ordering.
  • Track your package regularly for delivery updates.

Proof of Delivery & Responsibility After Delivery
Once an item is marked delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft (e.g., if it is placed in your mailbox or left at your door). Our responsibility is to ensure delivery based on tracking information provided by the logistics company.
