Damaged or Defective Items

After reviewing your case, we may offer one of the following:
- A full refund if the product has significant defects
- A partial refund for minor defects that do not affect functionality

Refunds and Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The product is not defective and you have changed your mind after 30 days
- The issue is a result of misuse, accidental damage, or improper care

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order is lost in transit or has not been delivered within 60 days, please contact us. We will either issue a full refund or reship the item. However, if the package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft occurring after delivery.
